Let’s be honest—life’s messy. You’re juggling responsibilities, trying to make space for your own growth, maybe wondering why you keep running into the same patterns or feeling stuck, even though you should have it all figured out by now (whatever that means).

This is the part of Breaking Barriers where we go deeper—not with more to-do lists or surface-level fixes, but with tools that actually meet you where you're at.

Through Embodied Processing, Human Design, and Yoga Therapy, I help you tune into what’s already within you—your body’s wisdom, your natural design, and your capacity to hold more with less overwhelm. These one-on-one online sessions are about real evolution, not band-aid solutions. It's about building nervous system resilience, reconnecting to your own truth, and learning to trust yourself again (or maybe for the first time).

If you’ve come here from Breaking Barriers Fitness Coaching, welcome back—you already know I’m not here to throw glittery slogans or promise overnight change. You’ve seen how physical coaching—whether it’s street smart martial arts, personal safety training, fitness, or yoga therapy in a group setting—can move the body and the mind. Coaching just takes it further. It lets us work from the inside out and outside in.

Together, these two streams create something powerful: a whole-of-life approach to becoming more you. Stronger, steadier, and more aligned—on your terms.

I'm not here to give you the answers. But I’ll walk beside you while you find them.

How It Works

Breaking Barriers Coaching is the quieter, deeper companion to Breaking Barriers Fitness Coaching—my in-person offering where we train the body through boxing/kickboxing/martial arts, personal safety, fitness, and group yoga therapy. Think of them like two sides of the same coin: one gets you strong from the outside in, the other from the inside out.

Together, they give me the privilege (and I mean that) of supporting you in a full-circle way—body, mind, nervous system, soul.

You don’t need to be “ready” or have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to get curious.

And I’ll be right here when you are.

What I Offer

This is the one-on-one coaching arm of Breaking Barriers—a space where you get to meet yourself more deeply, not just manage the chaos. I use an integrated approach that includes:

  • Embodied Processing – For safely navigating big emotions, unresolved stress, and stuck patterns. It's body-based and trauma-informed, without the overwhelm.

  • Human Design – A practical, uncannily insightful system that helps you understand how you are wired to move through the world. No rigid rules, just deep permission to be yourself.

  • Combined Human Design + Embodied Processing – Utilising both skills you will discover how your design, combined with life experiences and conditioning show up in your patterns, behaviours and relationships. When we look at things through this combined approach you will be amazed at how you can let go of self judgment, gain clarity and move through those intense feelings.

  • Yoga Therapy – Gentle, targeted practices to support your nervous system, shift emotional states, and bring you back to centre. No pretzel poses, I promise.

These are delivered online, one-on-one, and tailored entirely to you. Whether you're working through something specific or just craving more clarity and ease, we’ll meet you where you are—no fixing, no pressure, no fluff.

  • Embodied Processing – 1 Hour sessions at any interval that works for you. **Introductory price for your first session.

  • Human Design:

Mini Reading - 30 minutes  - Sick of being told how you should live your life? In 30 minutes, this mini Human Design reading hands you the keys to your own blueprint — so you can stop outsourcing your decisions and start doing things on your terms.

Decode Your Design - 1 Hour - This session cuts through the noise and hands you the blueprint you should’ve been given at birth — so you can stop shape-shifting to fit in and start owning how you’re actually built.

Family Reading - 1-1.5 Hours - You’re doing your best — a Family Human Design reading gives you insight into how your kids are wired, so you can meet them with more patience, less guesswork, and way more connection.

Decode and Drop In - 1.5 Hours - Receive clear Human Design guidance paired with supportive Embodied Processing — practical and thoughtful tools to help you release what’s stuck, embrace your power, and grow into your most aligned self.

  • Yoga Therapy/Personal Training - 1 Hour - Physical training tailored to your needs.

Personal Stories of Evolution

We explored our family human design chart and it was eye-opening. We discovered that my partner and I are incredibly similar in the way we make decisions. It explained why something as simple as deciding what to have for dinner could sometimes feel so hard—not because we’re being difficult, but because it’s simply how we’re designed.
Even more meaningful was what I discovered about my daughter. Some of the maternal instincts I had been second-guessing were actually completely aligned with her human design. That gave me a huge sense of peace and confidence—I started trusting what felt right
for her, instead of constantly comparing myself to what Google says I “should” be doing. We even made a few small but impactful changes at home—like adding visual charts to reduce decision fatigue—and it’s honestly changed our lives in the best way.
