Street Smart

Street Smart is not a self-defence crash course. It's a practice — one that changes how you carry yourself, how you respond under pressure, and how you feel walking through the world.

In a small group of up to 12 people, you'll learn real boxing and kickboxing technique while developing something more valuable than fitness: body confidence, nervous system control, and a calm that holds when life gets hard.

This program is built for adults 30–65. Designed for people who have never done anything like this before, or want something more than what the traditional martial arts have taught them — and for those who thought they'd left it too late.

No experience needed. Just the decision to show up.

Strength and Conditioning

Based on using our bodies natural reactions techniques are achievable and easy to implement.

With a focus on situational awareness the primary goal is always on keeping yourself safe first.

Boxing & Conditioning

If you've ever wanted to try boxing but weren't sure it was for you — this is where you start.

Boxing and Conditioning takes the discipline, power, and precision of combat sport and puts it to work as a full-body training session. You'll build real technique alongside genuine cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and mental focus.

No experience needed. No ego in the room. Just a challenging, skill-based workout that leaves you feeling more capable than when you walked in.

Recover and Reset

Your body does its best work when it's given space to recover.

Recover and Reset is a guided session focused on mobility, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement — the counterpart to hard training that most people skip and almost everyone needs.

 

Whether you're working through soreness, managing stress, or simply learning to slow down with purpose, this class gives your body and mind the reset they're asking for.

Suitable for all fitness levels. Come as you are.
